WILL ECHO YOUR NAME UNTIL I SEE YOU AGAIN[/font]

This was the time in the afternoon when she usually lost interest in doing anything at all. When she just wanted to sleep. Probably because she was used to being on tour for the past five months, staying up late to perform and doing press early in the mornings and having her internal clock smashed to pieces.
Tim Hortons was probably the best place to buy donuts, thought Zaryn Kate Oliver as she pushed the door open. The delicious scent of donuts and coffee and bagels and God only knew what else flooded over her as she stepped inside, and she breathed in deeply, doing her best not to look like a total idiot.
Today, Zee decided as she stepped up to the counter, she was in a Boston Cream donut type of mood. Those were almost heavenly here; she had discovered that just about a day and a half after coming to Vancouver. Turning around to find a table, she sat down and opened the little paper bag they'd given her, sighing lightly because the chocolate had gotten onto the paper. What a waste. Before she could even take a bite, though, someone was tapping her on the shoulder and she turned to see a little girl, probably around seven or eight years old, with bright red hair twisted into two buns on the sides of her head, Princess Leia style.
"Are you Zaryn Oliver?" asked the little girl bluntly, and when Zee nodded, an adorably wide smile stretched out over her cheeks. The girl glanced over her shoulder at an older woman, probably her mother, and then back at Zaryn, quickly, like she was afraid Zaryn might have left. Then she held out a piece of paper and a pen and said, "Can I have your autograph? Please?" And so, smiling, Zaryn asked the little girl's name -- Rebecca -- and signed the paper she'd been handed. The fans, she thought to herself, were one of the best parts of being famous.
